Mental Health is a very difficult thing to diagnose. 15 years I was back and forth with severe depression, being told I did not have the issues thought, as I could not do the job I did. Without even asking about my past. Then finding out I was consulted by a Trainee Psychiatrist. The Old cliché that people without mental health issues, expect people with Mental Health to behave like they don’t have any problems. So more to my review. From Admin, Nurses and, Doctors they deal in one thing Psychiatry. They don’t patronise, they don’t deal with you as the “NHS Number”. I do have other underlying issues, but in 15 years all I can say is now, I have never felt this SAFE! You have made a massive difference to my dark world and I now enjoy the little things that make up life. I am finally out of my glass box that I used to watch the world from. I didn’t have to try to explain what I was feeling too much, their Psychiatrist seem to understand what you are trying to get out, and they look interested in your issues very compassionately. I’m not used to it, but I certainly can be. Thank you Psychiatry-UK

I found the service easy to use and no less personal for being entirely online. There was a great range of practitioners, with information about their specialisms and reviews of their care, and room to add my own notes to my case file. I also appreciated the detailed questionnaires I was sent ahead of time, which helped make the most of my appointment. Dr Mashru was brilliant - kind, informative, transparent, clear and honest - and I can honestly say this is the best investment I've made for my health to date.

Psychiatry UK is your best option to go when you are seeking help. Everyone is professional, pleasant and efficient, starting with the admin team up to the consultant . I have been seen in a few days , my problem was diagnosed and adressed and the treatment I have been put on is life changing.

I was a bit apprehensive about using an online service, but it fitted in very well with my requirements and availability. I used this service for an ADHD diagnosis and treatment plan. Consultations were via a secure video link which I found no different to a face to face consultation. I received an excellent service and would definitely recommend. All staff that I dealt with were courteous and helpful.

Honestly, top service with a very fair price. My experience with the staff was really good they always guided me through everything in such a good way. The patient portal is extremely good, definitly not your average place. Everything works so very smooth and without issues and easily understandable that I really got suprised. 120% satisfaction and a also a very diverse group of very competent doctors which is very pleasant to see. They definitly did not try to safe money on their patient portal it is top notch on both a user friendly level and on a privacy security level which nowadays is very important. Good to see that some places take this seriously and implement it in such a good way! I would recommend this clinic and my chosen psychiatrist every day of the week. My experience was beyond good, could not find anything bad about my experience or process.
